Getting started
When you enter the cellar, your goal is simple: find misplaced bottles and return them to their correct racks. Completing a rack counts toward your progression. The achievements start easy and ramp up steadily, so use your first play session to learn how bottles group by type and where the shelves live.
Recommended early achievement order:
- First Rack
- complete your first rack.
- Juggling Act
- hold
- Getting Organized
- complete
- Rack by Rack
- complete
- Peak Efficiency
- unlock every skill.
Clear one section of the cellar completely before moving to the next. You will fill racks faster, earn skills sooner, and never backtrack across the whole cellar for a single bottle.
Skills are the main efficiency system in Cellar Keeper.Unlocking every skill is required for the Peak Efficiency achievement, and abilities that improve carrying and shelf placement will cut real time from every rack. There are no timers, so treat the early racks as practice for the movement habits you will need in denser areas.
The long progress track continues well past the early milestones. Keep completing racks to chase the full set:
- Cellar Expert
- complete
- Master Organizer
- complete
- Keeper of the Cellar
- complete
- Perfect Order
- complete every rack and fully restore the cellar.
- No Shortcuts
- complete
After you restore the cellar in the main mode, try Speedrun Mode. It uses the same bottle-sorting rules but rewards careful routing, so plan which racks to clear first and avoid carrying bottles past shelves you have not finished.
System requirements
Cellar Keeper is well optimized for a cozy simulator, needing only 1 GB of storage and a 64-bit processor and operating system. Both spec tiers run DirectX 11.
